A disciple of Jesus who strategically comes alongside an existing, disciple-making movement to help accelerate its growth and impact. Rather than leading from the front, they take a supportive role, identifying and meeting specific needs to "pour gas on the fire" that the Holy Spirit has already ignited.

WordPress Development
Looking for someone who could help us problem solve some more complex WordPress issues. This could be done as a consultant type of role where you are on call for occasional support.Also looking for someone who could rework a site that is functional but needs some new life. Basic Data Analysis
A few hours a week supporting a movement in SE Asia through examining reports and checking in with leaders about the findings. Support the indigenous admin in data collection planning to collect meaningful data.
AI Translation Model
The Resources Servant Team within 24:14 is looking for help developing a custom language model to cultivate multi-lingual movement resources for leaders. The goal is to figure out how to set up this custom model and 'train' it. The project is self-paced.

Bookkeeper #1
Part-time finance/bookkeeping for a large movement in S Asia (DFW preferred)Help track donations and grant funding. Manage distributions to overseas projects. Track against annual budget. Prepare monthly expense reports by project.
Bookkeeper #2
Part-time finance/bookkeeping for a movement in Southeast Asia.Support indigenous admin from the movement in developing a system for tracking finances and receipts as required by funding organizations. Could involve occasional trips to SE Asia to build relationship with the movement leaders.
Development Officer
Part-time development officer for a large movement in S Asia. (Location flexible)Grant writing, preparing/sending reports, good communication skills needed, could eventually research/develop new donor opportunities
Research
Persecution Servant Team
A new Servant Team is forming within 24:14 focused on learning from and equipping movements to persevere in persecution contexts. We are looking for someone who is a learner and maybe has a special interest in the persecuted church. The first phase of this will involve scheduling and interviewing movements and missionaries about navigating persecution environments. Goal is to have 1 interview per week.Eventually this could become a role with some international travel where you are sharing learnings with movements around the world.
Admin
Communicator
Part time based anywhere supporting a large movement in S Asia.1) Research options and make recommendations to team leaders about the best format/tool for sending newsletters/updates.2) Build the tool(s) and train leaders in the use of these new tools.3) Process/send out the (approximately) monthly newsletters/updates for the team leaders once they have written the text.4) Write and send out hard copy thank yous to financial and prayer partners (movement partners as well as team leaders’ partners).
Translators
We are looking for people who are bi-lingual speaking English and one of these languages (Russian, Chinese, Hindi, French, Spanish, Bangla, Persian, Indonesian, etc...). These people would need to be willing to proofread machine translations of various movement material and provide edited copy. Very small projects up to entire books. A small stipend may be available for priority languages.
Translation Management
The Resources Servant Team within 24:14 is looking for help developing a translation network to cultivate multi-lingual movement resources for leaders. Task involves people management and networking to find translators. Taking the revisions from translators and formatting it in a deliverable way based on the project. Could contribute between 2-4 hours/week.
WordPress Maintenance
We are looking for help keeping various movement related websites up to date. You don't necessarily need WordPress experience. We use page builders that function like making a Mailchimp newsletter. This need is project by project. We currently have about 40 hours of work that needs to be done. This could be accomplished by devoting as little as 2-4 hours/week or knocking it out by spending a whole week :)
Translation Pairing
In search of people to help comb through previously translated movement content and match sentence by sentence in a database. This will be used to train future AI translation to better handle DMM/CPM content. There is an endless opportunity here - we need someone to dive in and see how long it takes and figure out a good process.
